Manufacturer Warranty for Electronics Products (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Digital Cameras, Laptops and Lifestyle Products)

All Electronics products sold on Maniacstore are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer with minimum 1 year Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
For Mobile Accessories inside the box have 6 months manufacturer warranty.
All Electronics products are covered by free insurance which covered theft and damage during transit.

Delivery charges

We provide free delivery on all the items for total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. Otherwise we charged delivery charges as per product basis.

Estimated delivery time

We have mentioned estimated shipping time on every product page. It may differ from one item to another item. Normally a product is delivered in 24 to 48 hours after the shipping is done but in some areas and Pincodes it might take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

As soon as we ship a item you will get a mail with the courier company name and the tracking number for the same. You can track your product online on the respective courier companies website. You can always contact us if you find a delay in the delivery of an item our customer care will help you regarding the same.

Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week.

Out of Stock items: We don’t have these products available for sale. You can use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know whenever it is available for sale at Maniacstore.com.

Permanently Discontinued of Product: Product is not available on Maniacstore because of product is obsolete or production for that particular product has been discontinued.

Delivery Process

We process all deliveries through reputed courier services.
If courier service is not available in your area, than we will ship your non-electronics items (i.e. except Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Digital Cameras, Laptops) through Registered Book post or Speed post. If your order including electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Digital Cameras, Laptops) than we will contact you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All Electronic Items with Insurance for theft & damages during transit.

Warranty and extra taxes or hidden costs

We are not charging any extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. Whatever price mentioned on the website is the final price. You have to pay what you see on the website. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Estimated delivery time for product to product

Items which are labeled as 'In Stock' on their respective product pages, are stocked in our various warehouses and it will take around 2-3 business days to reach our customers. Items which are labeled as 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items will take around 2 to 4 weeks. Products which are labeled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of particular product - release dates of particular product which is mentioned on the product page.

Warranty for Mobile Accessories

There will be no warranty for mobile accessories unless it’s specified. However, if there is any problem within a week of receiving the mobile accessories, than please contact us and we will sort out the issue for you. If you face problems after 1st week, than we will not be in a position to help you for those products which haven’t warranty.
We will not give transit insurance for mobile accessories.

Product Deliver Internationally or not

Currently we do not deliver items internationally . You are welcome to purchase products through Maniacstore from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to make sure the Delivery Address is within India.
